ACCESSING
‘MyACC’
1)
Click
on the ‘MyACC’ link on web page, or enter URL: https://myacc.assiniboine.net

Click
on the ‘Log In’ tab to display the log in screen shown below.

Enter
your User ID and your password. After
entering your User ID and Password, click the ‘Submit’ button.
NOTE: If this is your first log-in to ‘My ACC’,
you will be forced to change your password.
Your new password should be easy for you to remember but hard for
someone else to figure out. It must
be between 6 and 9 characters long, and must contain at least one number and at
least one letter. Do not use special characters, such as
the ones shown here: ;
/ ? .

Passwords
will expire every 90 days, and must be changed on your next
log-in after expiration.
If
you have forgotten your password AND you entered a password hint when you
changed your password, you may retrieve your hint at the log-in screen. First, enter your User ID then click the
‘Show Hint’ box. Finally, click
‘Submit’. You will have FOUR attempts to log in.
After four unsuccessful attempts, you will be blocked from further
attempts to access ‘My ACC’ for 10 minutes.
Try your log-in again after that time has passed, or if you are unable
to remember your User ID and/or Password, select the correct link under the
‘Contact Us’ link on the ‘My ACC’ front page.

Complete
your log-in by entering your User ID and Password (derived from your hint), and
click ‘Submit’.
6)
After
your successful log-in, you will see a menu of areas in which to work.
7)
To
access the desired subject area, click on the subject link (e.g. Student). The
MyACC for Students menu will appear.
8)
Click
on the desired title to display the information.
9)
To
exit ‘MyACC’, you should always log out to close the session. Click the ‘Log Out’ tab at the top or bottom
of the window.
10)
After
clicking the ‘Log Out’ tab, you will be prompted to close your internet
browser.
11)
Click
‘OK’ to close your browser, or click ‘Cancel’ to keep your browser open for
other uses. As a security measure, be
sure to close your browser when leaving your computer.
